Annie joined Akambo in 2019 as a business development associate. She focuses on training and development in Xplan and advice processes across the external network. She also supports the business development managers, assisting with reporting, third-party inquiries, and administrative tasks.
Annie began her career in the advice industry 2015 as a client service manager, where exposure to multiple facets of the advice process sparked her growing interest in compliance and the importance of sound justification and high standards.
Known for her strong rapport-building skills, Annie enjoys connecting with clients and advisers, helping to create a sense of comfort, clarity, and trust in every interaction. She takes pride in bridging the gap between systems and people, ensuring solutions are practical, effective, and easy to implement.
Outside work, Annie is a proud mum to son Daniel, daughter Millie, and their much-loved fur baby Maisey. She’s a passionate foodie, a dedicated futsal (indoor soccer) player, and a snow enthusiast. She also cheers loudly for Melbourne Football Club and Melbourne City FC.
