Investment Manager
Andrew is an investment manager with over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen before transitioning into investment banking. Over the years, he rose through senior roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch — including Vice President (Research) in Australia and London — and later served as Executive Director at UBS, where he led the smaller companies research function. A standout track record in stock selection led him to join global fund manager Invesco, where he spent nine years focused on Australian small-cap investing.
Andrew joined Accordius in 2015 and has since played a key role in shaping the success of its Managed Account offerings. His sharp analytical skills and deep understanding of local and global markets have made him a trusted voice on the team. His work contributed to the Accordius Small Cap Managed Portfolio winning the IMAP Australian Equity Small Caps award in 2024.
When he’s not interrogating company reports or speaking with management teams, Andrew finds balance in the outdoors. He’s passionate about bushwalking and remote-area hiking with his family and is always keen to take the less-travelled trail.
